This site is about my design research
methodology to investigate people and
culture. Innovation is difficult to achieve
in a world of constant change. In the case
of new technologies and a turbulent information society, the designer can be
overwhelmed to find his/her niche in the
world. Traditional research tools such as interviews, inspire new ideas for design
not typical of the field. In addition, the
use of cultural probes to instigate fresh
responses from the subjects spark
unique solutions to a problem that may
not even be apparent. The insights
gathered through research will result
in conclusions that contextualize an
unconventional approach that will lead
to social change.
